  • 1/2 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3 tablespoons Raspberry Vinegar Balsam


Cut the strawberries into pieces and put them in a bowl, reserve a few strawberries for garnishing. Pour the raspberry balsam vinegar over the chopped strawberries and leave to marinate 5 minutes. Meanwhile beat the cream with the vanilla and sugar until it forms peaks. Pour off the strawberries and save the vinegar. Mix the strawberries carefully through the whipped cream. Stir the desired amount of raspberry balsam vinegar into the mixture. Divide into portions and garnish with chopped pieces of strawberry.
